Interactive hosting, motivational speaking, facilitator, amateur stand-up comedy…I do it all! I am an award winning speaker. I'm a Club, Area, Division Toastmaster Champion and I placed third in the humorous speech contest at the District finals.
I have built on the speaking experience I gained in the corporate environment doing sales, marketing, research presentations and running training sessions to emceeing conferences with hundreds of attendees as well as being a guest speaker.

I have a lot of experience speaking to small groups as well as to hundreds of people on a variety of topics such as the power of authenticity, getting out of your head and into action, the health benefits of playing at any age. I have even hosted an interactive game show for a conference for hundreds of people. I have even been a guest on CBC's Metro Morning Radio show sharing my expertise on authenticity and building confidence.
